2010 After Action Report

Wow, what a night! We had so much fun! 206 Browncoats in the house with 125 tix sold in advance.... A Big Thank you to all of you who came and also to those who helped in various ways that made this a success (posting on the web, helping out last night, donating items, making signs, etc)

  • Plus hanging out with such a large group of very nice people

What We Raised

We had a prize drawing, plus merchandise sales and raised some more that way. Here's our stats:

Tickets sold on site: $1,782
Pre Sales and Online tix: $1,475.00
T-Shirt sales: $665
Prize Drawing Tickets: $72
Auction: $179
Subtotal $4,173.00
May Shindig profit for Equality Now: $92

- $600 (Theater Rental)
- $250 (Film print)
- $42.18 (ticket printing)
- $464 (T-Shirt/Merchandise)
- $167.50 (Misc expenses - Paypal, Volunter rebates)

Grand total raised: $2,741.32 -  For Equality Now: $2,211.46 - For ACFB: $529.86 and 232lb. of food
